The Expand Outpatient Mental health project was phased Renovation of 22,000 SF of existing space and infilling 10,900 Sf of open atrium 2 stories high. The Project created a new reception and waiting area space, new offices and exam rooms, conference rooms, restrooms, and break rooms. Versacon also remodeling the corridors surrounding the space with new finishes. The project is in an active medical center so noisy and disruptive tasks were coordinated for off hours and on weekends to limit patient and staff disruptions.
