Wakefield Park Community Building

With great excitement Versacon is proud to turn over the Wakefield Park Community Building. The past year the team has worked diligently to ensure completion of the ground up new construction of a community building overlooking Wakefield Lake in Maplewood, MN. This is new construction of a 3,300 square foot community building with site improvements on the existing parking lot, new trails concrete walkways, a hockey rink with lighting and landscaping. The building includes a large community room with kitchen for residents to rent for parties, a warming house for the new hockey rink, three (3) new public restrooms, and a large covered patio with grills and tables.
