MnDOT Oakdale Headquarters Lavatory Renovation

That's a wrap!

This project included a renovation of existing spaces as well as the construction of new lavatory facilities. There was also two new quiet rooms build into the space. The project was phased to accommodate tenant-occupied spaces throughout the MnDOT Headquarters. Despite many challenges we were able to successfully complete the project on time and within budget!
