Management Team

LeRoy Meyer

Versacon is owned and operated by LeRoy Meyer. LeRoy was raised in a large family, on a farm in central Minnesota. The values he was raised with – hard work, honesty and conviction – stay with him today. After graduating high school, LeRoy was drafted into the United States Army. LeRoy was stationed in South Korea, his primary role was to guard the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) fence between North and South Korea. While stationed overseas, he was also trained to be an Army Medic.

LeRoy has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. Throughout those years, he has had experience in boring, jacking, earthwork, utilities, and general contracting. From 1984 to 2002 Leroy co-owned and operated Meyer Contracting, Inc.

In 2008, LeRoy decided to get back in the industry and founded Versacon, Inc. Utilizing his experience and reputation, he has built a solid foundation of innovative professionals that have made Versacon into the successful company it is today. In LeRoy’s free time he enjoys golfing and spending time with family.

Chuck Zierhut

Chuck Zierhut is the Vice-President of Versacon, Inc. and has been with Versacon since incorporation in 2008. Chuck was practically raised in the General Contracting industry, as his father owned his own contracting business growing up. Chuck worked as laborer and mason to pay for his college schooling. Chuck earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Management and Minor in Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Chuck is detail oriented, efficient and organized. He is known for developing relationships, effective communication, and proven track record of successful completed projects. In Chuck’s free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife Lyndsey.
