The highlight of the lobby is the two metal column trees surrounding the modern furniture leaving the space feeling sleek and professional. The retail store fronts and offices are surrounded with glass partitions and bright lighting. What is a Business Incubator?

A business incubator is a space designed to encourage and promote small businesses. An Incubator building is filled with offices and retail spaces for entrepreneurs or startup companies to use as a workspace, meeting space, or collaboration space. There are many different styles of incubators, some include retail, corporate, kitchen, virtual, etc. Currently there are 7,000 business incubators throughout the world and many more in the works.
