Project Manager

The Project Manager will review plans, specifications, contact potential subcontractors, accurately project the cost of the bid, and prepare bid for submission. Once awarded the project, the Project Manager will coordinate and oversee the project from start to completion by submitting necessary paperwork, contacting subcontractors, implementing project schedules, and identifying how to meet or exceed our deadlines. The Project Manager should have analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Field Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee all day-to-day field operations, often managing several trades at a time. The primary responsibility is for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to plans and specifications. The Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in his/her area of responsibility.

Carpenter

We are an seeking an experienced carpenter to work on commercial construction projects. Candidate must have 3 years minimum experience. The right candidate will be self-motivated, have a high level of organization, be able to work independently, is capable of reading blueprints and has the working knowledge of all the trades and materials to manage and ensure quality. The ability to perform hands-on construction and correspond professionally and efficiently via e-mail and smart phone, is required.
