Versacon has experience working with a variety of Federal agencies such as Department of Veterans Affairs, General Service Administration (GSA), Army Corp of Engineers, United States Air Force, U.S. Fish and Wildlife and Department of Agriculture to name a few. We have the knowledge and expertise to meet all the stringent requirements of working on Federal Projects. All of Versacon’s employees hold the required security clearances for Federal buildings. Versacon has competed various tenant improvements, small structure and civil construction projects for these Federal agencies.

Versacon got its start in civil construction as the past owner owner Leroy Meyer has over 35 years’ experience in civil construction and general contracting. We have a staff that is very capable and experienced in Site work, Utilities, Concrete, Parking Structures, Snow Melt Ramps, & Parking Lots. We have completed several mass grading projects. Versacon has the knowledge and wide array of subcontractors and vendors to complete a civil project on time and on budget.
